HouseWork Hub provides cloud-based field service management software including but not limited to: customer management, job scheduling, invoicing, mobile applications, and related services.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Subscription and Payment

• All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days notice
• Free tier features may change; paid features are guaranteed

5. Your Data

• You retain all rights to data you upload to the Service
• You grant us license to use your data to provide the Service
• You are responsible for backing up your data
• You may export your data at any time
• We will not access your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload any malicious code or viruses

• You may cancel your account at any time
• We may terminate or suspend access immediately for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• You may export your data before or within 30 days of termination
